  • Project name: Research and development of high containment wet granulation system

     

    Project start and end date: February 2017 to March 2020

     

    Project Development Purpose:

     

    According to the process will be wet granulator scientific optimization design to achieve higher airtight effect, feeding and discharging the whole closed, to avoid dust leakage and diffusion. It will make a greater contribution to the world's environmental protection and the protection of employees' occupational health.

     

    Project development content:

     

    (a) The wet granulator is placed in an airtight room, which adopts internal negative prevent the diffusion and leakage of drug dust.

    (b) Human-machine isolation of the feeding method, personnel through the special design of the glove box for operation, without direct contact with the material.

    (c) The discharging adopts full-automatic way, no human contact with the material.

    (d) The air-exchange system of the closed room is specially designed, and the emission meets the GMP requirements.

    (e) The airtight room is equipped with sterilizer.

     

    Project development of innovative technology:

     

    After optimizing the design of each component of the whole process, CHANSE connects the components in an airtight manner, the airtight room adopts negative pressure design, and the air path achieves no leakage through special treatment.

     

    Main technical or economic indicators:

     

    1. The operator does not need to contact the material directly during the whole process;

    2. No leakage of dust in the production process;

    3. The pollutants generated in the production are collected, which is convenient for the next step of environmental protection treatment.
